Czech startup Adam, which offers customers a fast and simple way to book reliable tradespeople, is expanding its portfolio once again. After introducing services in painting, full renovations, and electrical work, Adam now launches its fourth trade: flooring installation and renovation. This new service is available to customers in the Czech Republic starting this year. At the same time, following a successful pilot, Adam is fully rolling out its renovation services in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Flooring is a highly specific service that is frequently requested. Through our renovation projects, we noticed a recurring need for standalone flooring specialists. That’s why we decided to launch flooring as a separate category. We believe this will once again make it easier for customers to access verified professionals who show up on time, offer transparent pricing, and deliver quality results,” explains Jakub Dvořák, co-founder of Adam.

Customers can book flooring services online through Adam’s platform. As is standard with Adam, the price is known in advance, a short form is filled out, and a booking can be made in just a few clicks. Just like with painters or electricians, the goal is to simplify the entire process and replace complicated quotes and long wait times with a transparent, user-friendly solution.

Adam is also celebrating another important milestone. After successfully launching full renovation services in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Spain, the company is now expanding the offering to customers in the UK and Ireland. Following strong demand during the pilot phase, Adam is now launching its full-scale renovation solution in both countries.

Renovations are a strategic area for us. They are complex in both planning and execution, but the potential is huge. Customers want the ability to solve everything in one place and that’s exactly what Adam makes possible. Early results from the UK and Ireland show that our model works well in these markets too,” adds Roman Sysel, co-founder of Adam.

Adam currently offers four categories of services: painting, renovations, electricians, and newly added flooring. The platform operates in eleven European countries and continues to grow.

Our goal is to give customers a way to handle all their home improvement needs simply and with confidence. At the same time, we want to bring more jobs and fairer conditions to our partners. We’re excited to be expanding into Western markets where we see a lot of room for improvement,” concludes Jakub Dvořák.
