Building on this, Hedepy is now opening a Series B investment round aimed at raising €11.9 million, which will be used to further develop its services, advance
technological solutions, and strengthen its presence across Central and Eastern
Europe, both organically and through M&A activity.
Hedepy is currently active in nine countries. In addition to the Czech Republic, it
operates in Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Slovenia, and
Lithuania, where it ranks among the leading players in each market. The platform
provides access to a network of 1,200 therapists and a broad portfolio of services,
including online therapy for individuals and couples, a self-help section, psychiatry,
and mental health support for companies, with a growing focus on expanding into
additional areas of care and wellbeing.
The most significant progress over the past year was seen in the corporate services segment. Hedepy now provides employee mental health care under the Hedepy For Business brand, which was established last year through the acquisition of the Polish platform HearMe.
“The integration of HearMe has proven to be a very good decision, both for our clients and for our team. We have already successfully migrated all corporate clients to a single platform and managed to unify our technologies and services very quickly. We see clear synergies that confirm our focus on corporate clients as one of the key pillars of our future growth.”
Lukáš Krčil, co-founder and CEO of Hedepy
Hedepy For Business currently supports more than 100,000 employees at more than
300 companies, including McDonald’s, Tchibo, and Dentsu, as well as Decathlon in Slovakia and Carrefour and Santander in the Polish market. Looking ahead, the
company plans to expand its offering toward comprehensive wellbeing, incorporating additional specialties alongside psychotherapy.
Consolidation, technology, and hybrid care as the next phase. In the coming years, Hedepy plans to continue its active expansion and consolidation of the psychotherapy market across Central and Eastern Europe. As early as 2026, the company aims to pursue further acquisitions of local players to strengthen its regional position and accelerate the development of a unified mental health care ecosystem.
“The market remains fragmented, and we see this as an opportunity to build a strong regional platform that sets a clear standard for accessible, high-quality mental health care based on the work of verified and qualified professionals.”

Further plans also focus on the platform’s technological development. Hedepy is working on the development of its proprietary Therapist Office software, designed to provide therapists with a unified digital environment for both clinical and operational work, while also responsibly integrating artificial intelligence as a supportive tool in client care. At the same time, the company aims to further develop its hybrid care model, combining online consultations with the option of in-person sessions.
