Panel discussion

What happens when a seasoned founder with decades of experience shares the stage with a Gen Z entrepreneur? At our final TRUESDAYS of 2024, we found out. The panel dove into how our views on work have evolved over the past 25 years, tackling everything from job hopping and employee benefits to hybrid work models, work-life balance, and the looming influence of AI. And as we head toward 2030, staying adaptable, open-minded, and ready to learn might be the most important “benefit” of all.
