The startup Adam, which is transforming craft services by connecting customers with verified professionals, welcomes a new member from one of the Big Four firms. Jakub Svoboda joins as Regional Manager for the electrician segment, where he will focus on improving the service for both customers and partner electricians.

Adam’s mission is to modernize traditional trades and make quality services easily accessible online. Jakub brings a wealth of experience from consulting and project management, gained during his time in financial audit at Deloitte. He joins a team already active in multiple cities and helping customers quickly connect with skilled electricians. His role will be to streamline operations and drive the expansion of this service to new regions, using his expertise in leading teams of various sizes.

Jakub’s arrival is welcomed by Marek Maxa, who leads the development of the electrician services at Adam: “I am glad Jakub joined us. The electrician vertical is growing quickly and someone with solid management experience is exactly what we need right now. I believe together we can take this service even further and make it one of the strongest areas of our platform.

Jakub Svoboda is looking forward to the new challenge: “What attracted me to Adam was its vision of modernizing traditional services. Joining a team that already has strong momentum is a great opportunity to bring together my consulting background and the energy of a startup. In financial audit, I learned how to balance details with a broader view and lead teams to achieve results. I believe these skills will help take our electrician service to the next level.

Adam currently allows customers to book painting, home renovations, and electrical work — whether it is small repairs, inspections, or full installations. The aim is to bring clarity, accessibility, and quality to trade services in a simple and stress-free online experience. This will be one of Jakub’s key areas of focus.
