Europe’s leading digital fund operations provider, today announced the appointment of Alexandre Dumont as Country Head Luxembourg and member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Alexandre will oversee licensed activities ensuring operational excellence in line with local authorities. He will also drive fundcraft product’s commercial growth and partnerships in Luxembourg, expanding the local team to support a growing client base across asset classes, including mid-market private equity and institutional funds. His experience will also contribute to accelerating the integration of fundcraft’s digital infrastructure with augmented operations, ensuring that regulatory oversight and client delivery go hand in hand with a digital product experience.

Alexandre Dumont brings more than two decades of leadership experience in asset management, banking, and fund governance, with a proven track record of scaling AIFM platforms to multi-billion assets under management.

“Today’s fund managers face relentless competition — for investor capital, for quality deal flow, and for the ability to scale with speed and credibility. fundcraft’s integrated model, which brings together proprietary digital infrastructure and technology-enabled operations, is uniquely designed to help managers succeed in this environment. Our vision is truly transformative: we are not just creating another AIFM or asset servicing platform operating on obsolete technology, we are redefining fund infrastructure. Bold and forward-looking, fundcraft represents the opportunity to merge deep regulatory expertise with a fully digital way of working, where operations and software seamlessly connect to deliver a modern fund experience for managers and investors alike. I am excited to play an active role in driving fundcraft’s fast growth and to work alongside our team, clients, and partners as we shape this new landscape together.” stated Alexandre Dumont, new Country Head Luxembourg at fundcraft.

The strengthening of the Luxembourg leadership team also includes the appointments of Florian Sebe as Conducting Officer in charge of Portfolio Management, Marketing, and UCI Administration, and Marcela Sanchez as Head of Business Analysis & Product Enablement.

Florian Sebe brings extensive experience in overseeing alternative investment strategies, having reviewed and approved more than 500 transactions across private equity, venture capital, real estate, debt, and infrastructure. Marcela Sanchez brings over two decades of fund operations expertise, with senior roles across leading investment firms, and will focus on aligning fundcraft’s product development with client needs.

Julien De Mayer, Founder & CEO at fundcraft, added: “These senior appointments reflect fundcraft’s long-term commitment to Luxembourg as our home base and to the success of our clients. They also mark another milestone in fundcraft’s evolution into a more established and mature partner for asset managers: strengthening our leadership team as we expand across asset classes, scale with more institutional clients, and continue to deliver the reliability and service excellence our clients expect.”
