Lifeline Ventures, the Helsinki-based early-stage venture capital firm, has chosen fundcraft to provide digital fund operations for its new €400 million Fund VI, its largest fund to date and one of the biggest venture vehicles ever raised in Finland.

Founded in 2009, Lifeline Ventures has built a strong reputation for backing ambitious founders across health, games, technology, and web sectors, helping to shape the Nordic tech ecosystem. After five Finland-domiciled funds, Lifeline is now launching Fund VI as a Luxembourg SCSp.

Fund VI is backed by several major institutional investors, including some of the Nordic region’s largest pension funds and global venture capital allocators, underscoring strong confidence in Lifeline’s track record and long-term vision.

For this new structure, fundcraft will serve as central administrator, providing full back-office infrastructure and operations including KYC, capital calls, and reporting, while enabling Lifeline’s teams to self-service and initiate and oversee many workflows directly on the platform.

Lifeline will act as AIFM, leveraging fundcraft’s digital-native platform and processes to enable a seamless investment experience and enhanced operational efficiency.

“We’re seeing more and more established venture capital firms choose Luxembourg as their base to scale globally. It offers the right regulatory environment, investor confidence, and international reach. When combined with fundcraft’s digital infrastructure, it becomes the perfect launchpad for global growth.”, said Alexandre Dumont, Country Head Luxembourg at fundcraft.

fundcraft was founded in 2021, and it’s Europe’s premier provider of end-to-end digital fund operations for the alternative asset management industry.
