Mark your calendars: On March 18–19, 2026, Warsaw will host the eagerly anticipated Product Hive unconference — a two-day intensive gathering designed for those who live and breathe digital products.
Why Product Hive? — Real Knowledge, Real People

Product Hive isn’t your typical conference filled with flashy presentations. Instead, it’s built by practitioners for practitioners — experienced product managers, product owners, UX designers, developers, team leaders, and other professionals deeply involved in product development. The goal is simple: share insights, real-life experiences, and actionable knowledge that can immediately improve how you build and manage products.

What to Expect

Day 1 (LEARN) — expect inspiring keynote talks and lively group discussions. A great opportunity to hear from seasoned experts and reflect on current product-management challenges.

Day 2 (SHARE) — a more informal barcamp-style setup. Workshops, case studies, and open sessions will run in parallel, giving attendees the freedom to contribute their own topics or join others. The agenda is co-created by invited experts and the participants themselves — which means the content reflects what matters most to the community.

Hot Topics on the Agenda

The conference will tackle some of the most relevant and forward-looking trends in product development, such as (i) AI-powered product mindset: taking product research to the next level, (ii) Designing an effective operating model for product leaders: balancing priorities and productivity, (iii) The optimized product manager — how to juggle workload, priorities, and value, (iv) Navigating organizational change and uncertainty, or (v) Integrating AI with value-driven development.

If you’re looking to stay ahead of the curve and learn how AI, organizational dynamics, and efficient workflows are shaping the future of product development — this is the place to be.

What You’ll Get Out of It

Practical knowledge you can apply immediately — not abstract theory. Real stories and lessons learned from people who face similar challenges every day. Networking opportunities — meet peers, exchange experiences, and build relationships that could help your future projects and career. Your voice matters — suggest sessions, lead discussions, and actively shape part of the agenda.

“What makes Product Hive unique is the special approach towards participants. We believe that every voice matters and people should get the most personalised experience. Our participants can bring their challenges and problems to the table, where a group of experts will be openly providing support during the day. We not only want to bring you the best relevant keynote speaches, but also provide space and time for deep dive discussions right after, to explore the presented topics with the experts” describes Paulina Grodzicka from the organisational team.

Who Should Attend

This event is ideal for: product managers, product owners, UX and UI designers, developers, team leads, and anyone else involved in the life-cycle of digital products. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or relatively new to the field, you’ll find value in both the structured learning sessions and the free-form sharing.
