Announcements

Martin Eriksson, Founder at Mind the Product, joins Prow 2025 – The Conference for Product, Tech & Innovation in Western Romania

Prow Conference, the leading product and technology event in Eastern Europe, returns on October 24th at the Timisoara Convention Centre – and it’s bringing together product managers, tech professionals, marketers, and business analysts from across the region and beyond.

This year’s focus? Products that matter. Tech that scales. A community that grows.
From early-stage founders to seasoned product leaders, Prow is where conversations spark, ideas evolve, and new opportunities are born.

And we’re kicking things off with a big name: Martin Eriksson, product leader, author, and co-founder of Mind the Product, will join us on stage this October to share his insights on product strategy, leadership, and building truly user-centered organizations.

First Speakers Announced

Alongside Martin Eriksson, our first wave of speakers includes Manon Dave (Chief Innovation & Creative Officer at Mindvalley), Todorka Rainova (Group Product Manager at Financial Times), Radhika Dutt (Author of Radical Product Thinking), Emanuel Martoca (Founder at Soft Flight), and Fabian Kleeberger (Chief Product & Growth Officer at Humanoo)

More names are coming soon – and we promise: this year’s lineup is bolder, broader, and more global than ever.

ANIS Becomes Institutional Partner of PROW 2025, Supporting Innovation and Community Growth

We are happy to welcome ANIS – The Employers’ Association of the Software and Services Industry in Romania as an institutional partner of PROW 2025, the leading conference that brings together professionals from product, technology, design, and business.

This partnership was born from a shared mission: the belief that Romania’s software industry needs to reinvent itself and that product thinking is key to long-term stability and innovation.

Partnering with ANIS is a natural step for PROW. We both believe that Romania’s software industry needs to shift from outsourcing to ownership, and product thinking is the foundation for that transformation. This collaboration isn’t just about shared values, it’s about shared action. Together, we’re creating space for the kind of conversations and connections that can truly move the industry forward.”

Andrei Cosmin Munteanu, Founder PROW

PROW and ANIS complement each other naturally. While ANIS supports the ecosystem through policy, education, and advocacy, PROW brings together builders, doers, and thinkers who push products and technology forward. Together, we aim to spark meaningful conversations and create space for new opportunities.

As part of this partnership, ANIS will host a dedicated side event during the conference, bringing valuable insights, expert speakers, and a strong focus on the needs and opportunities within the local and regional software industry.

And that’s not all! Together with ANIS, we’re also preparing several surprises that will make this year’s PROW experience even more meaningful for product builders, entrepreneurs, and tech professionals alike.

ANIS is committed to fostering a high-value, innovation-driven tech ecosystem. This requires not only investment and talent but also a shift in mindset toward product thinking and long-term value creation. Partnering with PROW  aligns with our strategic objective to support the transition from service-based models and custom software development to product-led growth. We see this collaboration as a platform for dialogue, inspiration, and concrete action to strengthen Romania’s role in the European digital economy.”

  • Corina Vasile, Executive Director ANIS
