With over four years of experience at Bolt and a key role at Worldee, Martin brings extensive knowledge in platform operations, product development, and team leadership to Adam.

“At Bolt, I had the opportunity to manage operations and contribute to the launch and development of the Bolt Rentals service (shared scooters and bikes) in the Czech and Slovak markets. It was an incredible experience that taught me how to manage rapid growth and lead teams effectively, both in person and remotely. At Worldee, I deepened my skills in strategic planning and product management. Both experiences have prepared me for this new challenge, and I look forward to applying them in developing Adam,” says Martin Zajíc about his new role.

Martin will focus on managing painting services in the UK, Ireland, and Hungary at Adam, as well as further expanding the service’s reach. “Martin has extensive experience in platform operations and product development, making him a perfect addition to our team. I believe his arrival will help us not only improve our services in existing markets but also expand quickly and efficiently into new markets,” says Jakub Dvořák, co-founder of Adam.

The Adam platform, currently connects customers with verified painters in over 10 countries. The goal is not only to expand services to other countries but also to add new professions that will offer customers and craftsmen a simpler, faster, and more transparent way of collaborating. According to the founders, Martin Zajíc is a key person who will help the platform achieve these ambitious goals.

“Adam has a great team and enormous potential. It’s a company that is changing established practices and bringing innovation and a modern approach to traditional crafts. I look forward to being part of this story and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in this industry,” adds Martin Zajíc.
