Over 100 alumni startups have completed the six-month acceleration program, and the community of experienced founders continues to grow.
Sharing experiences with other founders, connections to potential partners, clients, and investors, top-tier mentors, study trips abroad, and numerous networking opportunities over the six-month period – these are the core activities of the program that helps the best Czech companies scale quickly and expand.
The program is exclusively designed for B2B startups with global ambitions that already have an existing product, paying customers, and are either already active abroad or poised for expansion. “No BS in Ment2Grow is not just a catchy phrase. The program is built on practicality, ensuring startups walk away with concrete action steps they can immediately implement into their processes. Last year’s cohort was extremely strong, and we connected startups with dozens of key contacts that kickstarted their businesses in the right direction. And the cherry on top?
We have another fantastic mentor success story! One of our mentors fell so deeply in love with a project that they became its investor and a board member. This is exactly our DNA: not just delivering value for the duration of the program, but building strong, long-term partnerships that extend far beyond it,” says Veronika Šimková, Head of the Ment2Grow program.
What the 2025/26 cohort alumni say: „Ment2Grow brought about a complete mindset shift for me. I joined to see how our project could realistically function – and that’s exactly what we achieved. I see the greatest value in the people and in the fact that we organized our thoughts and now know exactly what we need to do and how. Thanks to the program, we adjusted our tool to be part of a bigger picture, which unlocked our next stage of development. I definitely recommend Ment2Grow to other startups“ says Marián Tomko, Founder of DYPE & CashOptimizer.
„For us, Ment2Grow was a series of excellent workshops that helped me realize what we were doing wrong – in our case, it was mainly lead generation and customer acquisition. We are now working intensively on this, restructuring everything, and building new processes. However, the greatest value of the program lies in the people. Connecting with mentors and investors gives you a lot of food for thought to ponder overnight. As a founder, you simply cannot understand everything. The investment in the program definitely paid off for us; the Sales Bootcamp helped me the most, especially since sales is personally my biggest challenge“ adds Tomáš Tuček, CEO of Just Cat It.
“To be honest, we had no expectations at first, but we were very pleasantly surprised. From where we were in December when we applied, to now as we’re finishing, it’s a huge change. We’ve been everywhere, raised a significant round, found amazing pilots, and connected with great investors. What was most valuable to me was the hands-on mentorship and work. As founders, we don’t need theory—we need practical help, and Ment2Grow really delivered that. Ment2Grow is an investment that has truly paid off for us, and we’ve made fantastic connections. If you ask me in two or three years, I’m sure we’ll have even more success stories that originated here. I would absolutely recommend it” says Guillermo Alda, founder of TokenWay.
The Czech Republic has the potential to become the startup nation of CEE. However, on a global scale, it is not performing very well. ESNA, Europe Startup Nation Alliance, aims to map how individual EU countries are doing and evaluates the situation through 8 key pillars; unfortunately, the Czech Republic performs below average in seven of them. “We perform well, for example, in the speed of starting businesses – in the Czech Republic, a company can be established relatively quickly, cheaply, and easily. On the other hand, where we struggle is our ability to attract and retain talent. Another problem is the unavailability and lack of capital: the Czech Republic invests 10 times less than Estonia, and Europe as a whole invests 3 to 4 times less than the US,” says Vít Horký, co-founder of United Founders and ESNA board member, in a podcast for Ment2Grow.
The accelerator is responding to this situation. People, money, and business are the three pillars on which the accelerator is built. Over the course of 6 months, startup founders focus on topics such as attracting, motivating, and managing talent; fundraising from A to Z, building relationships with investors, creating and refining pitch decks, and presenting their products to various target groups. During the program, over 150 guests, including investors, potential clients, and experts, gather for the Pitch Night. Last but not least, founders dive deep into sales and marketing under the guidance of leading experts, not only from the Czech market. At the end of the cohort, founders also embark on a business trip to London during London Tech Week to secure high-quality international contacts.
Ment2Grow relies on an ecosystem network. The accelerator is organized by the Opero business hub, which expands its network of supporting partners with each cohort. These partners provide participating startups with a range of services and networking opportunities. Expert services are provided by companies like Eldison, Hustá Komunikejšn, or OAK’S LAB. The program is also supported by numerous ecosystem partners, including chambers of commerce, embassies, and the United Founders community.
Applications for the program are open from September 15 to October 22, 2026, at www.ment2grow.com. The organizers will accept a maximum of 15 startups for this year’s cohort. Become a part of the ninth edition of the program and secure new clients, partners, and investors for your startup both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
