The no-BS platform for B2B startups is opening applications for the eighth edition of the Ment2Grow accelerator, designed to accelerate their growth. People, money, and business are the key pillars on which the program—already completed by more than 90 rising stars of the Czech digital economy—stands. Sharing experiences with fellow founders, connecting with potential partners, clients, and investors, access to top mentors, international trips, and above all, numerous networking opportunities over the course of eight months—these are the main activities of the program that helps the best Czech companies grow and expand faster.

The program is open exclusively to B2B startups with global ambitions that already have a working product, paying customers, and either operate abroad or are on the verge of expansion. “No BS in Ment2Grow is not just a slogan. The program is built on practicality and on ensuring that startups leave with concrete steps they can immediately implement,” says Veronika Šimková, Head of the Ment2Grow program.

“Thanks to Ment2Grow, we changed the most in sales—because that’s where we got the most interesting tips and tricks: how to hire, how to approach customer acquisition, how to structure compensation for salespeople. These were things we applied right away and made changes,” says Jakub Krchák, CEO of TELMA AI and an alumnus of the 2024/2025 cohort.

“What we valued most at Ment2Grow was connecting with other founders, but we also got paired with a mentor we still work with today. That mentor showed us new ways to approach business and sales. Even within the workshops we came across valuable contacts that will help us grow further,” adds another alumnus of the 2024/2025 cohort, Matěj Ballo, CEO of Yedem.

“The program is truly tailored for startups—from individual 1:1 pairing with the right mentor to workshops with top experts and experienced founders on topics such as sales, lead generation, fundraising, marketing, law, international expansion, and more. Startups also share knowledge peer-to-peer, and the Ment2Grow alumni community already counts 90+ founders, so there is always someone to turn to for advice,” continues Veronika Šimková. Applications open on September 15, 2025, via the official website.

Networking within the ecosystem is at the core of the program. The accelerator is organized by business hub Opero, which expands its partner network every year to enrich the program’s ecosystem and provide participants with a wide range of services and connections. Expert partners include Eldison, Hustá Komunikejšn, and Simon Says. The program is also supported by ecosystem partners such as chambers of commerce, embassies, and the Czech Founders community. This year, participating startups will also receive practical packages of discounted services from new partners, to be announced at the program’s kickoff in November.

The Czech Republic has the potential to become the startup nation of Central and Eastern Europe. However, on a global scale, it still lags behind. ESNA (Europe Startup Nation Alliance) monitors how EU countries perform across eight evaluation pillars. The Czech Republic, however, scores below average in seven of them. “For example, we perform well in the speed of company incorporation—in the Czech Republic, you can establish a company relatively quickly, cheaply, and simply. But we struggle to attract and retain talent. Another major problem is the lack of available capital: the Czech Republic invests 10x less than Estonia, and Europe as a whole invests 3–4x less than the U.S.,” explains Vít Horký, co-founder of Czech Founders and board member of ESNA, in Ment2Grow’s podcast.

The accelerator directly addresses these challenges. People, money, and business are the three pillars it is built upon. Over eight months, founders work on topics such as attracting and motivating talent, end-to-end fundraising, building investor relationships, creating and refining pitch decks, and presenting products to diverse audiences. During Pitch Night, more than 150 guests—including investors, potential clients, and experts—will attend. Sales and marketing are also key focus areas, guided by leading experts from the Czech and international markets.

“M2G helped me understand where to focus my energy for successful scaling and what the first steps should be. The workshops were especially valuable for discussing specific problems. I also see great value in the M2G alumni network, which I can continue to rely on in the future,” says alumnus Jan Kučera, CEO of Spotflow.

Applications for the program are open from September 15 to October 22, 2025, at www.ment2grow.com. For this year, the organizers will select a maximum of 10 startups to help accelerate their growth.

Be part of the fifth edition of Ment2Grow and gain new clients, partners, and investors for your startup in the Czech Republic and abroad.
