Adam welcomes Michael Tománek to its team, an experienced manager with over eight years in building digital services. He was part of the founding team and subsequent development of the startup Andulka, which focused on the digitalization of cleaning services. At Adam, he will now be responsible for the growth and expansion of the electrician profession. His arrival continues his long-standing collaboration with Roman Sysel, co-founder of Adam and also founder of Andulka.

Michael Tománek joined Andulka in its early days and became one of the key figures behind its growth. Alongside Roman Sysel, he helped shape both the product and the team, managing day-to-day operations as well as expansion into new locations. Thanks to this experience, he now brings to Adam a deep understanding of people management and platform-based service operations in fast-scaling environments.

At Andulka, I experienced the full spectrum of growth – from building the first teams to reaching a stable growth phase. I’m grateful to have been part of that story, and that Roman reached out to me again. I see great potential in Adam and I’m excited about the challenge of developing a new profession in such an essential field as electrical installations. I believe that if you work with integrity and commitment, nothing is impossible,” says Michael Tománek.

Adam, a platform committed to the complete digitalization of trades and making them as easy as possible to book, launched its electrician vertical relatively recently. Early results from the Czech market show promising development, and Adam is already looking at other countries where it could expand this profession. In several of these countries, the company is already successfully operating in verticals such as painting and renovation. The goal is to provide verified electricians with next-day availability and a fixed, transparent price, which clients can calculate in just a few clicks via an online calculator. To further improve the product and truly deliver a simpler path to quality tradespeople, a strong team and experienced leadership are essential.

Michael is exactly the kind of person you can rely on – he knows how to lead people, motivate teams, and think about the service as a whole, both from a product and strategic perspective. I know what he’s capable of, which is why I’m glad he’s joining us for this next chapter,” adds Roman Sysel, co-founder of Adam, who previously worked closely with Michael at Andulka.
