Prague-based FaceUp raises €2.7 million to foster speak-up culture and scale HR platform globally

FaceUp, an all-in-one anonymous reporting platform fostering a speak-up culture within professional and academic environments, has closed a €2.7 million late seed round.

FaceUp, a Prague, Czech Republic-based provider of an anonymous reporting platform, raised $2.7M in funding, led by Reflex Capital, with participation from Tilia Impact Ventures, supported by the European Investment Fund, and Lighthouse Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to support its ongoing international expansion and business-focused product development efforts. Founded in 2017 as a non-profit by Jan Sláma, David Špunar, and Pavel Ihm, FaceUp provides a combining anonymous reporting, survey solutions, audience engagement, and dozens of possible use cases. Its secure and accessible solution allows employees and pupils to report instances of wrongdoing, harassment, fraud, and more, all of which protects companies’ resources and reputations.

It is now used by more than 1,500 businesses and 2,000 schools across 60 countries. FaceUp also has offices in Charleston, Dubai, Brno, Cheb, and Kampala.
