Less than a month remains until Prow Conference 2025, taking place on October 24 in Timișoara, bringing together leaders and professionals in technology, product management, design, and marketing.

The main event will be accompanied by a week full of side events covering timely and relevant topics, such as The Local Innovation Ecosystem: Investing in R&D and Technology, co-organized with ANIS, and AI Made in Romania: Startup Journeys with PROCESIO & Arcanna.AI, in partnership with Orange Romania.

The Prow on Tour series has successfully launched in hubs in Cluj and Budapest and will soon activate tech communities in Timișoara and Belgrade. This series is designed to accelerate connections and collaboration among professionals, facilitating knowledge transfer and catalyzing the development of scalable and market-relevant products.

“Our IT ecosystem is evolving toward automation, no-code or low-code solutions, and rapid results. In this changing ecosystem, we need to shift our focus from ‘how we do it’ to ‘what we do.’ We must learn to focus on the products we build and the problems we solve, not just on how we build them.”Raul Geana, Managing Director, Haufe Group Romania

In addition to the conference, Prow offers a series of practical workshops on October 23, aimed at developing essential skills in product management and technology:

  • Radical Product Thinking Workshop – Helps product leaders articulate a clear vision and balance prioritization between long-term goals and business needs. Participants learn techniques to cultivate product intuition and lead teams toward continuous innovation.

  • Maximizing Product Value: ROI-Driven Prioritization Training – Designed for specialists who want to make informed decisions about feature prioritization based on business impact, using concrete data and relevant metrics (ROI, margin, projections).

  • Incorporating AI Into Your Product Game – A workshop focused on integrating artificial intelligence into product management to automate repetitive tasks, create personal AI assistants, and innovate in ideation and validation.

The speaker lineup includes prestigious names such as Martin Eriksson (Founder at Product Tank), Radhika Dutt (Author, Speaker at Radical Product Thinking), Manon Dave (Chief Innovation & Creative Officer at Mindvalley), Fabian Kleeberger (Chief Product & Growth Officer at Humanoo), Sharon Doyle (Product & Engineering Director at The Access Group), Khizar Naeem (Staff Product Manager at Deel), Thomas Hartmann (Co-founder at Product Masterclass), Todorka Rainova (Group Product Manager, FT Specialist at Financial Times), Raul Geană (Managing Director at Haufe Group), Dragoș Andonic (Senior Director of Product Management at Dixa), Julia Petretta (Product Design Manager at WellTech), Cristian Turcin (Lead Product at Orange Business), Krista Meinarde (Community builder, Social Media Unicorn at Latitude59), Emanuel Martonca (Founder, Consultant & Trainer at Soft Fight), Andreea Sahahov (B2B Customer Service SME & Large Accounts Manager at Orange Business), Romina Popescu (AI Product & Team Manager at EVIDEN), Adrian Pica (Co-founder at PretulMeu), Corina Știrbu (Head of Marketing at accesa.eu),  Krista Meinarde (Social Media & Community builder at Latitude59), Toby Humphrey (Group Product Manager at Bolt), Mikhail Shcheglov ( Chief Product Office at Birmarket).

Startup Competition & Expo

At Prow 2025, PROWpeller will be launched: an initiative dedicated to founders who want to make their voices heard and present innovative ideas.
 From all applications received, ten startups will be selected to:

  • Pitch on the PROWpeller stage, with two minutes to convince the jury and audience;
  • Exhibit at the Startup Expo with a dedicated stand during the conference;
  • Be listed on the Growceanu platform, gaining visibility among investors and potential partners.

“PROWpeller is not just a stage pitch, but a fast track to the Growceanu investment pipeline. Each pre-selected startup will go through our process so that the first ten step onto the stage prepared and, after the launch, have a real chance to attract investment via our platform.”Ciprian Man, Co-Founder & Angels Keeper at Growceanu

Benefits of Participating in PROWpeller

Participants will have the opportunity to present their startup to over 650 attendees, including investors and industry leaders. The event facilitates direct connections with corporations, founders, and decision-makers, while also providing feedback and insights from experts, the jury, and the community. Applications are open to all founders looking to take their startup to the next level.

Tickets are available on the official website, prow.ro. Industry professionals are encouraged not to miss this opportunity to connect with leaders and enhance their skills.
