SWISE, a Swiss private equity manager specializing in evergreen investment funds, has successfully migrated its Luxembourg-domiciled SICAV-RAIF to fundcraft for digital-native Central Administration and AIFM operations.

The migration was completed in just one month, marking another milestone in SWISE’s mission to deliver a modern, scalable evergreen private equity strategy.

Founded by Fabrice Zosso and Boris Cont—who previously held senior roles at Petiole Asset Management and Partners Group—SWISE is building the next generation of investor-centric private market vehicles. Their evergreen structure is designed to provide wealth managers and institutional clients with exposure to private equity through a simple structure allowing transparent reporting and institutional-grade governance. The fund offers monthly subscriptions and defined quarterly liquidity, and is available as a bankable solution or via SWISE’s digital platform.

With this migration, SWISE consolidated its multi-currency fund operations onto fundcraft’s digital-native platform, replacing a service provider whose manual processes and limited flexibility could not support the scale or complexity of a semi-liquid structure. The project included nominee account integration, now managed centrally through fundcraft and the integration between the SWISE and fundcraft platforms through API.

Fabrice Zosso, Founder & CEO at SWISE, said: “We were looking for a partner who truly understood the operational complexity of running a scalable evergreen fund in a modern, future-ready way. Fundcraft brings a rare combination of deep expertise and purpose-built digital infrastructure, enabling us to scale with confidence while offering a premium experience to our investors.”

The fundcraft platform is designed to meet the operational needs of evergreen strategies at scale. Its core architecture supports digitised subscription and redemption processes, automated KYC with queue management, multi-currency share classes and full lifecycle automation of capital calls and reporting. All data, documents, and processes are consolidated in a single source of truth, with real-time access for clients, compliance teams, and auditors. Ongoing investment in integrations with distribution and custody networks ensures the platform continues to support growth in evergreen models.

Olga Porro, Co-founder & Chief Product Officer at fundcraft, added: “The SWISE team brings deep industry knowledge and ambitious thinking to the evergreen space. We’re a perfect fit to support their growth with digital infrastructure and operational processes purpose-built for this asset class. Evergreen funds are no longer emerging, they’re defining a new category. And as more allocators demand liquidity, transparency and scale, we believe the fundcraft model is uniquely positioned to lead this shift.”

According to recent studies, evergreen funds currently represent 5% of the private markets space—approximately $700 billion—and are expected to grow to 20% within the next decade. To meet that benchmark, the evergreen segment will need to grow at nearly 30% annually, making digital fund operations critical to success.

This go-live further strengthens fundcraft’s position in Switzerland and reinforces its leadership in supporting Luxembourg-domiciled private equity, venture capital and fund of funds strategies. Of the 220+ funds currently managed on the fundcraft platform, over 150 were successfully migrated from legacy administrators—highlighting its unique ability to combine expert delivery with digital transformation. As demand for evergreen and semi-liquid structures continues to grow, fundcraft has made scaling support for these models a strategic focus.
